Mining Operation

Client: SMM (Managem) Senegal

Year: 2023-2027

Work duration: 4 years

The Boto project is located in eastern Senegal, near the borders of Mali and Guinea, and 88 km from the town of Kédougou. The mine is located within the right of way of the Senegalese-Malian shear corridor, 5 km wide and around 200 km long, which has several world-class deposits including Loulou and Fekola in production.

MCI Senegal is in charge of the works:

Construction of infrastructure for the TSF/Earthwork mine, minerals
Construction Fresh Water Pond (FWP)
Construction of Surface Water Management (SWP)

MCI is also in charge of the exploitation of two deposits as well as drilling and blasting work

Construction of regional airports - Guinea

Client: Civil Aviation Guinea/TMH/UMS

Year: 2023-24

Duration of works: 12 months

This involves the reconstruction and rehabilitation of four aerodromes located in the regions of Kankan, Faranah, Labé and N’Zérékoré.

They will each include a terminal, a control tower, a 2 km 500 runway 30 meters wide

As part of an increase in its capacity, MCI has been in charge of mining operations on the TRI-K Mine since 2023.

Mining Operation

Client: Mawared Mining UAE

Année : 2018/2028

Durée Travaux : 10 ans

Description: The project is located approximately 80 km. North-east of Dubai and about 28 km south-east of Ras Al Khaimah.

The project consists of drilling, blasting, crushing, ore 15 million M3 / year or 30 million Tons / year
Transportation of minerals from the extraction area to the factory.
The aggregates are then stored according to their diameters

Mining Operation

Client: Mawared Mining OMAN

Durée Travaux : 5 ans

Description: The Al Ghuzayn project is the first copper mining project of its kind in Oman. The project is located in the Wilayat of Al Khaboura.

The operation involves the extraction of 10 million t/year of ore, i.e. a total of 50 million tonnes

Tailing Storage Facility (TSF)

Client: SMM (Managem) Guinea

Year: 2022-2023

Work duration: 7 months

Description : This is the construction of the second phase of the Tailing Storage Facility (TSF) on the TRI- K project located in the prefecture of Mandiana in Guinea.

Removal of over 2 million m3 of laterite
Supply and installation of geomembrane
Concrete-lined penstock settling system and energy dissipator
Associated infrastructure such as storm water diversion tranches, canalisation (HDPE pipe), silt traps, energy dissipator.

Infrastructure works for the oil refinery in Kamsar

Client: BRAHMAS (Refining Company of Guinea SRG) - Kamsar

Year: 2022-2024

Work duration:: 24 months

Description : The refinery is a modular refinery to process a wide variety of crude oil. Its capacity is 12,000 barrels of oil per day, with a storage capacity of 38,000 m3 of crude and 151,700 m3 of product.

The construction of 2 bridges on the National 1 and on the KOLENTE river of 25 ml of crossing

Construction works of the SBG Mining terminal

Client: Bauxite Company of Guinea

Year: 2020

Duration of work: 6 months

Description :This involves the construction and rehabilitation of the evacuation port terminal (Konta)

The development of 7 ha of land
The construction of a jetty capable of receiving 10,000 ton ships and evacuating 6 million tons
The development of the platform with an estimated storage capacity of 700,000 tons. The loading capacity is 3000 ton/hour

Rehabilitation works N23 Boké

Client: TML/ State of Guinea

Year: 2020

Duration of work: 4 months

This is the rehabilitation of 53 km of the National Road 23 (N23) located between Wendou Borou and Boké. The works consisted in rehabilitating the entire roadway, replacing the wearing course, installing emergency stop strips, repairing the engineering structures, and installing a new road.

Port SNG construction works

Client: SNG (Guinean Naval Company)

Year: 20019

Duration of work: 6 months

Description : Extension of the existing harbour by 150ml, with a rockfill dyke and a 60ml wide boulder quay allowing transport boats to go back and forth between the islands and the mainland without tidal problems
